Sanjay Arora

Ever since the beginning of time, I’ve been haunted by the notion of climbing the ladder of optimum efficiency and productivity in life. In this self-expanding ride, I wanted to take in others with unique positive ways of exploring life. For nearly 30 years now, my instincts have worked in the direction of brutally putting my efforts in shaping the lives of people, worth the while, both personally and professionally. My concept of growth, as a wholesome process, settles with the establishment of entrepreneurship in the field of education and parenting. Evolving times, call for an evolution in learning processes. I have intense hunger for academic brilliance and backed a couple of gold medals just to realize later in life, that what matters the most is usually ignored, at best. For more than two decades now, I’ve worked with the top global professionals just to reach this point where I can help people in realizing themselves. Having a background in engineering, I went ahead with a career with the government of India that introduced me to the idea of stability and comforts of life but learning and vision were missing. I went on to turn the first stone when I shifted to a multinational organisation. Working in Germany shifted my dynamics further and broadened my horizons with a much bigger global reach. My focus on start-ups stems from the young and dynamic environment that space creates. Enlarging the sphere, my mentees range from various ages, backgrounds, professions, and professional stages. I stand here to help you identify and reach your ikigai.
